Some years back my wife and I went on a vacation in Paris.We did this at a time Europe was switching to the Euro as currency. Some time passed and it looked like we were too late to make this switch.I was going to use my "expired" francs as decoration in my photo album of our trip.I happened upon an article about your service days before i was set to glue the francs onto the back cover of the scrapbook.
